CHANGE [Burger & More] is committed to provide quality products and services with compromise. This is supported by the well-trained staff which are able to deliver and maintain the highest possible level of sales and service, as well as customer care.
Established in 2017, CHANGE [Burger & More] is a specialized gourmet burger in Oman, that serves restaurant distinct flavorful specialty burgers, snack dishes, pastas, desserts, and beverages. CHANGE has reinvented the burger experience by selling high quality, tasteful and innovative products at a reasonable price with state of the art customer service.
The business concept has proven sustainable and financially viable. The restaurant has expanded by opening a second branch in Muscat, Oman in 2018.
CHANGE was established to change the idea of “Quality Food Come with High Price” and to balance both important factors with excellent customer care.
The products and customer service offered by CHANGE are always in a continuous improvement focusing in customer satisfaction and to always set a standard for other restaurants to follow.
Company History
2017
CHANGE Burger & More was established in the year of 2017 in Salalah (Southern Oman) as a hobby throughout the period, the founders have managed to grow the business to fulfill the business and market needs by studying the market, staff training, menu development, paying attention to customer reviews and learning from mistakes.
2018
From Salalah all the way to Muscat, CHANGE’s second branch was successfully opened in 2018. The budget used to establish the Muscat branch was less by 30% compared to Salalah branch which shows the optimization that the company went through insuring minimum Capital Expenditure cost with better end results. This was done by proper third party contractor selection and management
which was a result of lessons learnt and market study.
CHANGE have grown into serving multiple markets and catering events such as (Muscat Eats and Winter Village) by outsourcing food trucks when necessary with the plan of expanding further by owning multiple food trucks around Oman and GCC.
